Cozy guest house by the park
The friendly little house is located in a quiet and well-kept residential area, right next to a tranquil park. Here you can breathe deeply and recover from the everyday hustle and bustle.
The most important facilities for daily needs (discounter, drugstore, medical center, hardware store, cinema, restaurants,...) are within walking distance, the main train station with good train connections to, for example, Karlsruhe, Baden-Baden and the Murgtal is 1.2km away, you can reach it on foot in 15-20 minutes; alternatively, there are several bus stops nearby.
The historical city center of Rastatt can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by car, the "Rastatt-Nord" motorway exit is about 5 minutes away.

The accomodation
In an ordinary hotel, you can stay overnight - but with us you can also reside and feel at home.
The comfortably furnished apartment has a separate entrance with a video intercom (no recording possible) and its own carport - if this is too narrow for your car, you will find plenty of free parking spaces on the street and in the surrounding area.
On the ground floor there is a compact shower room (with a window) and the spacious living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen (including refrigerator, stove with oven, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher) and up to two beds on the sofa bed (160x200cm) plus practical workstation (height-adjustable desk).
The upper floor can be reached via a wooden staircase - there is the bright bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and enough storage space.
If desired, an additional guest bed (90x200cm, up to 200kg) can be set up in the bedroom or in the living room. On that way, the occupancy and arrangement of the sleeping accommodation is very flexible and up to 4 people can comfortably sleepover in this fully equipped holiday home.
The environment
Located in a low-traffic and good residential area, in the immediate vicinity of a park. For jogging or further walks, we recommend going to the nearby forest near the glider airfield.
Nearby there is a rustic Hungarian restaurant with a beautiful terrace, right next to a riding club, and a modern and popular Greek restaurant, right opposite the cinema. A small bakery for fresh bread rolls for breakfast is a few minutes walk through the park.
The weekly market in Rastatt is the most beautiful in the region - every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning in the old town. The Rhine flows not far from Rastatt and forms the border with France, so you can reach beautiful Alsace in just a few minutes by car.
South of Rastatt, in the middle of the Black Forest, lies Baden-Baden, a sophisticated health resort with an elegant flair - casino, upscale restaurants, health clinics and thermal baths included. The international racecourse in the village of Iffezheim can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.
The Karlsruhe trade fair in Rheinstetten can be easily reached by car via the B36 in less than 20 minutes, and the terminal at Karlsruhe / Baden-Baden Airport (short: "Baden-Airpark") can be reached in around 20-25 minutes.Local public transport within Rastatt only consists of buses - and unfortunately these don't run very often. It is therefore better to get around Rastatt on foot, by car or by bike.
